Terms and Conditions

CUSTOM DESIGN WORK, INVITATIONS & STATIONERY

• After acceptance of your quotation, a 50% deposit is required for us to proceed with your design.
• You (the client) will receive one digital mock-up of your design as part of the design stage. One set of changes is included in the quoted fee; thereafter changes will be charged for at a rate of $50 (NZD) per hour.
• If you wish to change the design, a new digital mock-up will be created at a rate of $50 (NZD) per hour.
• You will receive final digital proofs of your layout to approve before printing begins (if applicable).
• Final proof checking is your responsibility, and as such, please ensure that you take special care when checking spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• You will be offered one physical mock-up/proof of your design once the digital proof has been signed off (if applicable). If you decide to forgo this sample we cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction you may have with your order at a later date.
• As each item is handmade, there may be slight variations from one item to the next.
• Colours may vary from screen to print.
• Courier/postage is at your own risk and for your own account.
• For local shipments (within New Zealand) we use the New Zealand Post’s tracked courier option. For international shipments we use DHL, unless you specify otherwise.
• Please note that from time to time, certain techniques such as laser cutting and metallic foiling may leave small marks or specks on the stationery, due to the handcrafted nature of the work involved. While we make every effort to ensure our work is as flawless as possible, Lara Friday Design cannot be held responsible for client dissatisfaction due to any natural residue or markings these techniques may leave.

ART PRINTS

• Once you have placed your order via the online shop we will contact you to finalise and arrange shipping and payment for your order.
• Prints are printed on demand so please allow a few days for production and packaging of your order.
• All art prints are a direct print of the original artwork and changes cannot be made to the design or colours of this item.
• All art prints are professionally printed with archival inks on a high quality, archival card stock.
• All art prints are individually signed and numbered by the artist, Lara Friday.
• We take the utmost care when packing and shipping your prints. Smaller prints are flat packed between 2 sheets of card and larger prints are rolled and placed in packaging tubes. We will notify you as soon as your order has been sent and supply you with all the shipping details (including the tracking number). Shipping is at your own risk and the fee will be added to your total cost before you make payment.
• For local shipments (within New Zealand) we use the New Zealand Post’s tracked courier option. For international shipments we use DHL, unless you specify otherwise.
• This print is copyright by Lara Friday and reproduction rights do not transfer with the purchase of this product.
• We colour match the prints to the original artwork. Colours may vary from screen to print.
