Terms And Conditions

  • You (the client) will receive one digital mock-up of your invitation as part of the design stage. One set of changes is included in this fee; thereafter changes will be charged for at a rate of R500 per hour.
  • If you wish to change the design, a new digital mock-up will be created at a rate of R500 per hour.
  • You will receive final digital proofs of your layout to approve before printing begins.
  • Final proof checking is your responsibility, and as such, please ensure that you take special care when checking spelling, punctuation and grammar.
  • You will be offered one physical mock-up of your invitation once the digital proof is signed off. If you decide to forgo this sample we cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction you may have with your order at a later date.
  • As each item is handmade, there may be slight variations from one item to the next.
  • Colours may vary from screen to print.
  • Courier/postage is at your own risk and for your own account.
  • Please note that it is your responsibility to collect any hire goods from Lara Friday Design and return them to us at the end of the hire period.
  • During this hire period you will be responsible for the items in question. If any items are lost or damaged you will be liable for payments for the cost of any repairs and/or replacements.
  • Please note that from time to time, certain techniques such as laser cutting and metallic foiling may leave small marks or specks on the stationery, due to the handcrafted nature of the work involved. While we make every effort to ensure our work is as flawless as possible, Lara Friday Design cannot be held responsible for client dissatisfaction due to any natural residue or markings these techniques may leave.
